Q: What bridal services do you offer?

A: For your special day, we are happy to assist you at the salon or in your own home. If you wish for the in-home bridal services, we require a minimum of 3 people as well as a deposit of $100 to hold the date (this will be subtracted from your eventual total). Your hairstyle is $85/person, and flower girls are $20-$60 each, depending on length and complexity.

Q: Do you also cut men's hair? What about children?

A: Yes! Here at Hello Gorgeous!! we welcome everyone!

Q: Do you offer Makeup services?

A: Whether for your wedding day, a special event, or a night out, we do have a Makeup Artist that we can bring it to get you set up for your special day. We do need advance notice, but would be happy to arrange this service for you.

Q: Is it better to book an appointment ahead of time or just walk in?

A: We prefer if you call ahead of time to book your appointment in order to best schedule our stylists time. There is always a chance that someone may be able to fit an appointment in if you walk-in, but there is no guarantee of stylist or time.

Q: Can I book an appointment through email or on the website?

A: In order to give you the best service, personalized for you, we only book appointments over the phone or in person. This allows us to schedule the times as needed for each stylist and for you.

Q: If I am running late should I let you know?

A: Yes please! Particularly during high-demand times, stylists times are scheduled to the minute. Even if you are running 5 minutes behind, it allows the stylists to plan out how to best complete your appointment.

Q: If I am unable to make an appointment should I let you know?

A: If you are unable to make an appointment, please try and give us as much notice as possible. A missed appointment affects 3 people: you, your stylist, and the person who could have had that appointment. We completely understand when an emergency happens and a last minute cancellation is needed; we just ask that you let us know as soon as possible - we worry if you don't show up too!

Q: I normally sit with a specific stylist, but they were unavailable when I called. Can I go with a different stylist?

A: Yes! Here at Hello Gorgeous!! we all work as a team. We encourage our clients to sit with different stylists. We appreciate the loyalty you provide to a specific stylist but completely understand if your schedule means you need to sit with someone else.

Q: Do you only pierce ears?

A: Yes. Because of the system used here, we are only equipped to pierce ear lobes. We do not do belly buttons or facial piercings such as lips, eyebrow, or nose.

Q: I purchased some Paul Mitchell products but I'm not sure if they are right for me. Can I return them? What about tools?

A: We always encourage you to try our products at home and find the best line for your hair. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, we would be happy to refund, exchange, or credit you the cost of the product. We accept returns and exchanges on tools as per the warranty of the product.

Q: I want to try something different with my cut/colour. If it doesn't work with my daily life, can I come back and have that changed?

A: Absolutely! We encourage our clients to be adventurous and try something different while they are here. We guarantee your visit for 2 weeks following your appointment and if you are not 100% satisfied, we are more than happy to correct your style at no charge.
